These served my purpose for the party but are by no means re-usable. They are printed on one side and made very cheaply, but then...for the price I had no expectations. They created a happy party atmosphere hanging between trees.Nice colors, but the flags tended to tear in the wind. We were using them to decorate a boat for 4th of July boat parade.The stars are just what I was looking for. I got them to decorate a July 4th foam board and they look great. The stars are on a good quality paper. They do not look cheap.These were a great deal, and they really made a big impact at my 4th of July party. After my party, another friend asked to borrow them for her own party, and they held up really well with transporting them and re-hanging them with tape. I was pleasantly surprised for the amount I paid with how well these turned out.I only got 22 liners. Was doing them for a Veterans event. Thankfully my neighbor saved the day.Worked gre4at for us and a great price.Light plastic suitable for a use or two; good value.Used it as part of Olympics decorations.They were ok
