The overall base of the product is fine, the nob has issues. The photo in the description is not clear enough to determine exactly how the nob should look after installation. The hole in the top is too large for the screw, so the entire screw goes through the hole. The plastic and rubber washers are too large to hold the screw in place. The nut was inside of the nob and could not be removed without breaking the nob. I finally had to use a small bolt that was in my household repair tool kit. Now that this product is installed, its doing its job very well and looks great.
